How the service works

We set up an initial no-cost consultation in your home where we discuss food likes and dislikes, nutritional goals, and special menu requirements, also how you would like to have meals packed up, either pyrex or plastic reusable containers.

You then pick a few (2-3) menu items that you would like to have cooked for you, customized to your needs, and schedule a day and time to prepare the meals.

 The food is then purchased,  all pots/pans, utensils and supplies needed to cook the menu are provided and in about 2 hours preparing, cooking, and cleaning, the food is cooked.  Then the meals are packed up individually and labelled with reheating instructions, and menu choices are provided for the next time.

The cost of the service is $150
